Postscript Society uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code and a one-click magic link. The code and link expire after 15 minutes.
If you don't receive your login email, check your spam folder. The email comes from letters@postscriptsociety.com. Add this address to your contacts to ensure reliable delivery.
Your letters appear on your Shelf. Each new letter is unlocked automatically according to your subscription schedule — one letter at billing, one mid-cycle (14 days later).
If you believe a letter should be available but isn't showing, please contact us and we'll investigate.
You can pause, cancel, or change your plan from Account → Subscription. Changes take effect immediately. Cancelled subscriptions preserve permanent access to all letters unlocked so far.
Payments are processed by Shopify. For billing queries, refund requests, or payment method updates, please contact us at hello@postscriptsociety.com.
The letter reader supports adjustable text size, line spacing, font choice (including OpenDyslexic), and light/dark/sepia themes. Open the settings panel inside any letter using the Settings button in the reader toolbar.
You can send a Postscript Society gift subscription from your account. The recipient receives a redemption link by email and can choose their story when they activate the gift.
