You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings page. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be charged in future billing cycles.
You retain permanent, unlimited access to all letters that were unlocked during your active subscription. These letters will always be available on your shelf when you log in — they never expire and are never removed.
Letters that were not yet unlocked at the time of cancellation are not accessible after cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made.
Annual subscribers who cancel within 14 days of their annual renewal may request a prorated refund by contacting us at hello@postscriptsociety.com.
You can resubscribe at any time from your account. Your reading progress, bookmarks, and unlocked letters are preserved and immediately available when you return.
